Interface IsSequentialSubStep
- All Known Subinterfaces:
ReviewUserGroupsParallelSubStep,ReviewUserGroupSubStep
public interface IsSequentialSubStep
Marker interface for review sub-steps that can be placed in a sequence in a
ReviewStepDefinition of a
Creation Workflow. The sub-steps in a sequence run one after another: the next sub-step starts only when the
previous one has completed its review.
You do not implement this interface. The following objects implement it, so you can pass them to
ReviewByUserGroups.withSequentialSubSteps(IsSequentialSubStep...) or
api.newReviewSequentialSubSteps(...):
- a single review sub-step (
ReviewUserGroupSubStep), created byapi.newReviewSubStep() - a parallel group (
ReviewUserGroupsParallelSubStep), created byapi.newReviewParallelSubSteps(...). The group occupies one position in the sequence, and its branches run at the same time.
ReviewUserGroupsSequentialSubSteps) does not implement this interface, so you cannot place a
sequence directly inside another sequence. The first sub-step of a sequence cannot be a waiting sub-step
(see ReviewUserGroupSubStep.withWaitingForAllPreviousReviews()).
Example:
api.newReviewByUserGroups()
.withSequentialSubSteps(
api.newReviewSubStep()
.withUserGroup("SupplyCoordinator")
.withLabel("Supply Coordinator"),
api.newReviewSubStep()
.withUserGroup("PricingAdvisor")
.withLabel("Pricing Advisor")
)
