public interface IsParallelSubStep

Marker interface for review sub-steps that can run as one branch of a parallel group in a ReviewStepDefinition of a Creation Workflow. All branches of a parallel group are active at the same time, so the user groups in different branches review the document simultaneously.

You do not implement this interface. The following objects implement it, so you can pass them to ReviewByUserGroups.withParallelSubSteps(IsParallelSubStep...) or api.newReviewParallelSubSteps(...):

a single review sub-step (ReviewUserGroupSubStep), created by api.newReviewSubStep()
a sequence of review sub-steps (ReviewUserGroupsSequentialSubSteps), created by api.newReviewSequentialSubSteps(...). The sub-steps inside the sequence run one after another, while the sequence as a whole runs in parallel with the other branches.

A parallel group (ReviewUserGroupsParallelSubStep) does not implement this interface, and nested parallel sub-steps are not allowed: a sequence used as a parallel branch must not contain a parallel group.
