Typed records that describe price list items, product references and tiered values.

A logic uses these records to work with three kinds of data. It reads the items of a product in approved price lists, with header information from their price list. It finds the Quote and Rebate Agreement line items that reference a set of products. It works with the tiers of a multi-tier input, where each tier is a target and a value.
