Method name for PRE quotesDetailTabSwitchPre and POST quotesDetailTabSwitch

This method is activated on the quote detail page at /#/qc/quotes/<quoteId> when a user switches between tabs, such as transitioning from the Header tab to the Items tab.

Additional Properties:

• tabName: Returns the name of the tab to which user has switched.
