Method name for PRE rebateAgreementsDetailNewPre and POST rebateAgreementsDetailNew

This event initiates when the New Rebate Agreement button is pressed at /#/rm/rebate-agreements. The method is activated following the recalculation and backend saving of a new rebate agreement, redirecting the user to the rebate agreement detail page at /#/rm/rebate-agreements/<rebateAgreementId>.
