Package net.pricefx.common.apihelper.conditionrecord

package net.pricefx.common.apihelper.conditionrecord
Writing Condition Records from a Condition Record logic.

A Condition Record stores price data in a form an external system can consume. This package is how a logic maintains those records. It adds and updates a record, invalidates a record, shortens the validity of a record, and configures the splicing process that resolves overlapping validity periods.

Entry point: the conditionRecordHelper binding of a Condition Record logic. The logic runs after a document is approved or denied, and after an approved Agreement or Promotion is recalculated.

 conditionRecordHelper.addOrUpdate([
         key1: "DE01",
         validFrom: "2026-01-01",
         validTo: "2026-12-31",
         conditionRecordSetId: 1,
         conditionValue: price,
 ])

 // applies to every Condition Record Item the splicing process touches
 conditionRecordHelper.withSplicingOption().set("attribute1", "BoT")

Every write is staged in the Condition Record Processing table, and a background job applies it to the Condition Record Item tables. The same logic run cannot read the written data back.

Reference

  • ConditionRecordHelper writes Condition Record Items.
  • SplicingOptions configures the splicing process. It sets a column to a value, resets a column to null, and turns superseding on. Key columns and validity period columns are excluded.
